The Homecoming of Harold Stalnaker

Arlington Cemetery is the final home for more than a quarter million souls who earned the right to be so honored. Three years ago, we had the story of young man from West Virginia who was finally laid to rest in Arlington. He wasn't unknown, but he was nearly forgotten. His story is one of our favorites. It first aired May 27, 2004 on "Outlook." It was rebroadcast May 24, 2007. Once again, here's how Harold Stalnaker came home. Mike Youngren is the producer
